Western National Realty’s vice president, Jerry LaPointe, explained that the company will update the garden-style complex located at 1613 Ximeno Avenue after they named it “Landing at Long Beach”. The Irvine investor Western National Realty is an affiliate of the Western National Group which is actively pursuing to enrich their portfolio. After paying for the apartment complex from Western National’s Fund II, Western National Realty Advisors group marked its sixth acquisition of this kind from this fund.
This recent acquisition is really good news for Long Beach that lost its landmark. The Long Beach boardwalk was destroyed by superstorm Sandy. The famous landmark from Long Beach will forever be remembered by any nostalgic even though city officials decided to remove the remains instead of choosing to repair it.
