Teenager girl Jayme Closs, who self recovered from kidnap, will receive financial help


Jayme was kidnapped from her home in Barron, Wisconsin, on Oct. 15 and both of her parents were killed. But she managed to escape herself after 88 days in captivity. Jake Patterson,the killer, 21, is charged with kidnapping and homicide. Jayme’s parents, James and Denise Closs, worked at Jennie-O. Jennie-O President Steve Lykken expressed hope that a trust fund can be set up for Jayme’s current and future needs. “On behalf of the Barron County Sheriff’s Department and all the law enforcement agencies that assisted in this case, we would like to thank Jennie-O for their support and assistance during this case,” said Chris Fitzgerald, Barron County Sheriff.
