He shot the 65 old woman and than shot and killed himself. Grandmother’a family lived with their grandson in a home in the Phoenix suburb of Litchfield Park. The couple were sitting on the couch watching TV together when the grandson came up behind his grandmother and shot her in the back of the head, the grandfather Doyle Hebert declared. The gun belonged to the grandfather. They had full custody of their grandson. Investigators have yet to find anything that would indicate the grandson wanted to hurt himself or others before the shooting. Neighbors told media that the family had been friendly.
“We stood outside and we prayed, and I know that seems really, really hollow, especially when you’re going through something… but that’s the best that you can [do],”a neighbour said. This horrible fact increased the number of gun incidents involving children in the U.S. According statistics, more tha 8,000 juvenile victims were registered this year until now.
