Environmental activist who vandalized the Charging Bull statue on Wall Street was arrested

The statue was installed in 1989 by artist Arturo Di Modica and was also vandalized with blue paint in 2008. A blue sash reading, “Draw the blue line,” was also draped around the nearby “Fearless Girl” statue. The paint and sash were quickly removed.
