Woman in wedding dress pulled gun from clothes and pointed it to her husband’s head in Tennessee

An uncommon wedding story in Tennessee: shortly after Kate Elizabeth Prichard and James Burton exchanged vows, they got into a heated argument which escalated to Prichard reaching under her wedding dress and brandishing a 9-mm. pistol.

She pointed the gun to her husband head, outside the Clarion Inn mote in Murfreesborol, and even  pulled the trigger, but the gun didn't fire because it wasn't loaded. Prichard then loaded the weapon and fired a shot into the air. Things calmed until the police arrived. At least, this was the declaration of the couple. But based on witnesse’s description, the woman , 25 old, was arrested, still in her wedding dress. She tried to get rid of the weapon by tossing it in a bathroom at the motel.

The couple in Tennessee

It’s known that the couple had been drinking. Murfreesboro police sergeant Kyle Evans said that both bride and groom were uncooperative with authorities. Prichard was jailed on aggravated domestic assault, but was released after posting a $15,000 bond. Prichard boasted on Facebook last month of her new tattoo dedicated to Burton, declaring that she was 'Property of J-Rod - her soon-to-be husband's nickname. We don’t know too much about the love story of that couple but it seems that Prichard loved guns. At least an image on her network album was presenting her armed with  a gun with an active attitude. No details were revealed about the arguing motivation of the couple at motel.
