President Donald Trump was airlifted to a military hospital


The US President was airlifted last night to Walter Reed hospital, after being diagnosed with COVID 19. He later tweeted: “Going well, I think! Thank you to all. LOVE!!!” A White House statemend says „he will be working from the presidential offices at Walter Reed for the next few days.” A sources declared, Trumpis suffering with a mild fever, is fatigued and is also suffering from shortage of breath. He was injected with an experimental antibody cocktail of drugs , a single 8g dose of the drug made by Regeneron, which is still in clinical trials, designed to prevent the virus from attaching to cells and replicating.


Mr Trump has also been taking zinc, vitamin D, famotidine (which decreases stomach acid production), melatonin (a natural hormone that can help with sleep) and a daily aspirin. He also started remdesivir treatment. Some patients in trials have recovered faster from COVID-19 after using it. At least two senators, three journalists, and the president of the University of Notre Dame have also tested positive at this time. The latest person to reveal a positive test result is one of Mr Trump’s advisers and long-time team member Kellyanne Conway. World leaders, including Prime Minister Boris Johnson, who himself had coronavirus, and Russian President Vladimir Putin have offered messages of support.
