It occurred just after she was taking a topless Snapchat selfie intended for her boyfriend. Texas A&M student Miranda Kay Rader was found “with an unclasped brassiere” and was attempting to put her blouse on, according to the police report. There was an open bottle of wine in Rader’s vehicle and it was confirmed that she had consumed one-quarter of the bottle. She had been drinking wine with her friend previously. The young woman failed sobriety tests at the scene and was arrested for driving while intoxicated with an open container. Rader posted $2,000 bail and was released from jail the morning of Oct. 27. There will be legal action against her.
