The primate was found at the prostitute and she told police that McClain paid her with money taken from the pet store. Officials arrested McClain two days later when he was charged with DUII-controlled substance for being under the influence of methamphetamine. The missing money hasn’t been recovered and there wasn’t enough evidence to file charges. The prostitute is not facing charges. Gooey, the primate, is being housed at a nearby animal sanctuary. McClain’s next court appearance is set for May 5. His comportment destroyed the family. His wife Abby decided to break their marriage and to exclude him from the pet store.
