The boy is the 11th victim under the age of 18 in Hamilton County or Chattanooga this year. His family will have to justify the provenience of the firearms and the unhappy decision to play with them when taking photos. Prosecutors will propose punishment according law. A fact is that such imprudent circumstances have an increased incidence in the last years in the U.S. Only this year 20,269 people had been  injured and other 9,957 were killed by a firearm. Seven  children and teens ,on average, die every day from gun violence. (Some kill themselves). Many proposals for guns regulation were not yet concluded to a common opinion of all politic forces. Merging the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives into the FBI can result in more a proactive approach to gun regulation but this will be a problem on the next president agenda.
