Payouts can reach $2 million at such websites. Now, exactly the answer if daily fantasy games are a form of gambling. Hundreds of millions of dollars in venture capital and player money are flowing into the booming fantasy-sports industry, which counts sports leagues. Some big companies, like Walt Disney, 21st Century Fox, Comcast or Alphabet Inc.’s investing arm are interested in fantasy sports. The New York attorney general began an inquiry Tuesday into the prospect that employees of daily fantasy football sites have won lucrative payouts based on inside information not available to the public. This may be the discovery of the iceberg.  For the instant, FanDuel and DraftKings websites are investigated but the answers that will be found could affect the entire industry.
