A flash flood emergency was declared in Oklahoma City for the first time in history and more than 10,000 outages occurred across the state making the utility companies to confront to an unexpected emergency situation. Flood emergency was also declared for the cities of Moore, Tuttle and Mustang. A tiger safari in Tuttle had been damaged by severe weather. Dozens of homes were destroyed in Amber and Bridge Creek.
