State of emergency declared in Ferguson to prevent possible violence

Some National Guard troops will bring to St. Louis County, where Ferguson is located. Michael Brown, a black teen, was fatally shot by Wilson, a white police officer, on August 9. Both peaceful protests and acts of violence and destruction occurred after that tragic event. It’s expected the Grand Jury would be done deliberating in mid- to late November.
