Girl’s mother, Ashley Tull, 30, was immediately arrested and charged with drug possession as well as endangering the welfare of children, a Delaware State Police statement said. She was released after posting $6,000 bail. Her three children including the 4 year old girl were taken from Tull’s custody and brought to a relative until the investigation is concluded. Detectives are continuing to investigate this case and more charges may be filed.
