He is the father of kids from babies to 14 year old children. He knows all their names and birthdays. Desmond is pleading for help from the state because he doesn’t have enough money to support for child support. The state can only take up to 50% of his salary. All his ex-wifes of girlfriends only get a small part of this and every-time Desmond adds another conquest to his list each of them gets even less. There is no law that can forbid someone to make babies or date women.
Desmond adds that at his minimum wage salary half of it makes it very hard for him to get by and swears he doesn’t plan to have more children anytime soon.
