Park manager Kevin Strandberg declared that the railing was scheduled for maintenance. Unfortunately, the trail was still open but workers have placed the new tape at the site and this should be a warning not to use the railing. “We believe it’s safe the way it’s properly signed right now” Kevin Strandberg said.
