During a court filing in California Apple cared to remind everybody about the verdict of a jury trial held last year. Then Samsung was found to have violated numerous patents with its smartphones and tablets.
Apple attorneys also explained that a previous court "previously concluded that Samsung's sale of infringing products has irreparably harmed Apple." With this being said the company renewed its bid to have all Samsung smart handheld devices banned from the United States.
Apple motivated its call by declaring "money damages are not an adequate remedy for Samsung's infringement of these patents."
