James Vester was married and the father of a 1 year old boy. He lived with his wife Jamie and their son Gavin in the town of Lizton, northwest of Indianapolis.
All his comrades say good things about James. Sgt Major Tony Wiliams is only one of them. He appreciated that James “was the type of person you could always depend on.”
The authorities of Indianapolis captured the two brothers – Tryon, 19, and Tyshaune Kincade, 18 – and charged them for murder and robbery. They were previously arrested many times for attacking people.
The friends of Vester want to help his widow. They raised more than $64,000 for the $100,000 goal on a fundraising website.
