Today, Miller wants his life back. He says that he is a recovering alcoholic and this is why he abandoned his rental home. The most strange situation is that his ex-wife, Robin Miller, declined to testify in court on Monday because she wants Miller to be considered dead and the death benefits to be paid to their two children.
Miller doesn't have the money to ask for a second hearing needed to reinstate his Social Security number.
In the face of so many strange things, even the man was astonished, judge Allan Davis concluded that “the court cannot budge in its decision. I don’t know where that leaves you, but you’re still deceased as far as the law is concerned.” He specified also that it is a three years legal limit for reversing a death ruling.
