The driver will not be charged in the accident and he will be only formally questioned.

The boy had a pulse while he was transported to the ambulance but at his arrival at the hospital he was pronounced dead.
The police officer James Hamm appreciated that “it was just a freak, unfortunate accident”.
Many people at the parade scene were psychically affected by the accident. It was terrible to participate at a such tragic accident on a day of celebration. However, the worst was reached the grieving family. Many years to come will pass as they try to forget what happened on July 4 , 2013.

Statistically, accidents on a big parade can often occur.
