Police noticed what they thought to be a marijuana sticker on the side of her car and not realysing the sticker was actually Ohio St. logo they pulled the car over.
The officers were body armor and had guns. As they approached the car they thought they will find a drug dealer that is stupid enough to advertise his/her business with stickers.
Boggioni was terrified but stood firm and refused to comply with the Police Officers orders to remove the sticker from her car. She explained to the press: “I didn’t take it off. .?.?. This little old lady is no drug dealer”. The traffic spot was not reported by the Shelby County sheriff’s office or by the Tennessee Highway Patrol.
