Mr. Pae pleaded guilty in April to interfering with a flight crew and was allowed to return home to South Korea, The US District Judge agreed with prosecutors that Mr Pae’s actions constituted a violent felony. Better should be Mr Pae to be banned forever to return in the U.S. Jill Otake, assistant US Attorney, said it was a traumatic experience for the passengers and the flight crew. On the unfortunate day, Mr. Pae, a retired farmer, was returning from a Hawaii holiday, where he and his life celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary. Pae only recently took up yoga to help with anxiety. During the vacancy he hadn’t been able to sleep in 11 days.
