After, the US President Barack Obama has arrived at Downing Street where he was greeted by Prime Minister David Cameron. The leaders are expected to discuss several issues including counter-terrorism. President Obama and the First Lady have posed for a photograph with the Queen and Duke of Edinburgh ahead of their private lunch at Windsor Castle. Barack Obama has urged Britain to stay in the EU, saying the world needed the UK’s influence within Europe. However Barack Obama’s views on our EU membership are not important to a majority of Britons, an ITV News poll conducted by ComRes suggests. London Mayor Boris Johnson called his view “hypocritical”, describing the EU system as “alien” to US traditions.
