“He screamed at us, we ran back in, locked the doors, the bulldozer went quiet and idle, we looked out the window, and when he [saw] us he abused us again and lifted up the bucket on the bulldozer and came straight for the house,” the woman described what was happening. They had only the time to ran straight out the front doors before the home was flattened. When the police apprehended the man using pepper spray he was still inside the vehicle. The doors were secured so the officers smashed the window of the bulldozer and delivered an entire can of pepper spray into the cabin The name of the person was not yet released to the media. He was charged with 17 offences. The man, from nearby Boolaroo, had previously lived with the family.
