Facebook updated the community guidelines describing what is not acceptable on the network


In other words, it’s about controversial content and this time there are more explanations, like this: “We remove photographs of people displaying genitals or focusing in on fully exposed buttocks (…) We also restrict some images of female breasts if they include the nipple, but we always allow photos of women actively engaged in breastfeeding or showing breasts with post-mastectomy scarring.” On the new rules, Facebook says users are free to sign up with their “authentic identities,” or the names they go by on a daily basis. Because the human sensitivity and judgment can’t be replaced, even if appropriate philters can be in place, the Facebook’s users will have an important role to report the policies’ violators. They must be motivated to sustain the goal of a social media “safe” for all users, Facebook executives wrote.
