Another boat left Libya on Sunday. Even its 107 passengers were rescued by Italian Coast Guards on Monday after their boat was capsized by heavy waves, 29 of them died of hypothermia. The illegal are permanently in danger, this is a known fact and even an assumed risk. Their life is sometimes saved by the intervention of marine patrols.
