Volcano eruption in Indonesia, one missing, several injured

They were on the flanks of the volcano when it erupted, trying to save themselves. Four from them with serious injuries are being treated in Ternate hospital. About 80 people, rescue team, was deployed to search for one hiker still missing. No evacuation orders have been issued yet, said Sutopo Purwo Nugroho, the spokesman for Indonesia’s Disaster Mitigation Agency. Slow-moving red visible lava is a common fact for its  eruptions and local communities are not very impressed about this. Just for technical issues and prevention the Sultan Babullah Airport in Ternate, the provincial capital about 30 kilometres (20 miles) from the volcano, was forced to close Friday. Several flights were closed today. An eruption of this volcano in 1775 caused deathof 1300 people.
