10-year-old boy retained in Moscow by police for reciting from “Hamlet”

The woman tried to prevent detention of the son. As a result of these attempts, the woman torn clothes, and crashed the tablet. A video of the incident was posted on Facebook. The boy was reading by heart the Hamlet “To be or not to be” monologue on Arbat, a popular pedestrian area in Moscow. It was true, however, that gave the boy small amounts of money but he was not begging. The boy and his mother were released after four hours from the police station. The boy’s father was charged with a fine of  500 rubles ($9) because he was failing to carry out his parental duties. The incident was presented in media and became viral as an uncommon fact shocking Russian people.
