After everything was set up Bykov of Omsk asked his girlfriend Irina Kolokov to meet him. Irina Kolokov got to the meeting place to see a scene worthy of an action movie.
“When I arrived there were mangled cars everywhere, ambulances, smoke, and carnage,” Kolokov told Russian media. “Then when I saw Alexey covered in blood lying in the road a paramedic told me he was dead and I just broke down in tears.”
After Alexey Bykov was pronounced dead by a paramedic on the scene he proposed to his girlfriend while drenched in fake blood. He wanted his future wife to realize how empty her life would be without him. His girlfriend wanted for a second to kill him herself, but after the shock was over she said yes and accepted to marry him.
