Her mom and dad allegedly ignored repeated requests to take the pictures down. Her father is convinced that is a nice family album. He also think he has the right to publish the images, since he took them himself. Authorities have a different position. A notice from police in Hagen reads: “Please stop posting photos of your children on Facebook and Co. for everybody to see.” The young woman’s lawyer, Michael Rami, believes his client had a good chance of winning if it could be proven that the images had violated her right to a personal life. The court proceedings are set to begin in November.
