At the end of the first day of school on Thursday she held a short talk with the students. What is not clear yet is if the superintendent gave a lecture to the entire student body or just with some students. But leaving that aside, the people who related about what happened agreed on all of the following.

According to senior Stephanie Stewart the superintendent said the following:
“Have y’all ever seen any ‘skanks’ around this school? I don’t want to see anyone’s ass hanging out of their shorts. I want us to be known as the classy lady Bears”. Lady Bears is Noble High-School’s bear mascot. Ronda Bass is very fond of the mascot as she is known by many students as “Mama Bear Bass”. What Bass did next reportedly shocked some people. She picked a couple of students that she felt dressed inappropriately and asked them to bend over so that everyone can see that their clothing was not long enough to cover their behind.

Some of the girls that did this burst in tears and felt humiliated. This particular dress code is not anywhere listed on Oklahoma school district’s website.
