The trial began on March 6 but suddenly the man did not show up this Thursday. Swiss authorities arrested him after a warrant was issued. None of his clients knew where they got infected from until one day a person at the same music school found out about his HIV infection.
Tracking back his steps got him to question the acupuncture sessions he was having. And soon enough after further investigation Police found out that other people that were attending the same acupuncture sessions were also HIV positive.
The strange part in all of this is that the music teacher is HIV negative.
