As a second group treatment way, the employees are forced to participate in a daily morning ritual to force laughing as a way to create a less stressing environment at work. “I think it really does have a positive influence. There’s so little to laugh about in a normal office atmosphere, I think this kind of laughter helps,” a woman from the human resources firm Staffs told to the media. But to change the mind it’s not so easy and a more unexpected method was created: many companies ask their employees to virtually participate at their own funerals being introduced in coffins, as an exercise designed to teach them to value life. In a special decorated room with many coffins, people enclosed in darkness, in the boxes, reflect on the meaning of life.
