People that had the misfortune of encountering the above mentioned problem with their brand new Galaxy S3 smart phones all explained that the phone suddenly died after 150 days from the purchase.
Galaxy S3 was released in the month of May 2012. So, if this problem is not isolated to only some batch of devices then we are expecting to see a huge avalanche of such cases world-wide. Members of the XDA Developers forum reported that Samsung replaced their damaged phone with a new one even if the smartphone was previously rooted.
