Ms. Pac-Man visits the Google Maps app on April Fools

The American multinational technology company specializing in Internet-related services and products puts out a bunch of prank videos and Easter eggs each year. This year, Google has revisited an idea it used part of a 2015 April Fools’ prank. Unlike the previous Pac-Man integration, the Ms. Pac-Man Google Maps prank doesn’t turn the user’s current geo location into the game level.

To play Ms. Pac-Man, a user has to open up their Google Maps application on their smart-device and then click on the pink button located on the right. Android users will get to play the game at a random spot in the world and will get five lives to outrun the ghosts. In addition, iOS users will get to pick the map. The Ms. Pac-Man game is also available on the Google Maps web version. However, some features like pick-your-own levels are not supported.
