Insteon Bulb is the first energy saving lightbulb with LED that can be remotely controlled. It comes with its own remote control which allows you to light or disconnect several bulbs. The control is so easy that one click is enough to light it or disconnect it.
But the company Insteon has more enstored for us. The LED light can be remotelly controlled from your own smartphone if you have iOs or Android. Their smartphone application allows the user to do pretty much the same thing the remote does but all from the comfort of your cellphone. This is possible by networking each bulb and mapping it to an unique IP address that is discoverable by the phone through the provided smartphone application.
