YouTube allows now high dynamic range (HDR) videos

The YouTube HDR however support currently only works via a very select number of devices. In other words this is an innovation for the future. Apparently YouTube HDR support will also be coming to all 2016 Samsung SUHD TVs (such as the UN65KS9800) at some point following a firmware update. So users must have an HDR-capable TV and Chromecast Ultra. Now HDR clips from contributors MysteryGuitarMan, Jacob + Katie Schwarz and Abandon Visuals can be found on the HDR YouTube portfolio. But it’s stipulated that any creator can now upload HDR videos and developers are excited.. A full guide to uploading content in HDR can be found here. It’s expected to become pretty popular.
