David Beckham goes back to his day job

The former English footballer began his football career at Manchester United at age 17. He also starred at Real Madrid, Los Angeles Galaxy, AC Milan and Paris Saint-Germain, the team in which he ended his career. When asked why he quit football Beckham explained: “I feel that now is the right time to end my career when playing at the highest level”.

He also mentioned that after 20 years in football and after having a brilliant career he reconciled withdraw from the sport that made him famous: “If you had told me when I was little that I play and win trophies with the team I cared, Manchester United, I’ll be captain of the national team and I play for my country over 100 times and I will play for one of the biggest bands in the world, I would have said it was a fantasy. I’m lucky that I realized those dreams. “

As a result the 38-year-old sportsman can spend more time advertising contracts which were absent along his football career.

On Friday, David Beckham signed items from his H&M Bodywear collection in Paris, France.

Fans were delighted by the appearance of their idol, and this is his first professional commitment following retirement from football.

He arrived at the event sporting his bright red top and matching trainers, teamed with a pair of black trousers.
