The Japanese Aerospace Exploration Agency can’t communicate with the Satellite Hitomi

Observation of star explosions and other objects in deep space was also intended from the Earth orbit at an altitude of 357 miles (575 kilometers). JAXA has not been able to determine the nature of the problem which occurred but after some observations is believed that the satellite separated to five pieces. However there’s no definitive word yet on what exactly has happened to Hitomi. Debris detected could be for a  small explosion and there is a hope the satellite itself will begin to work. It is important because it has a cutting edge instrument called the X-ray micro-calorimeter, which would have observed X-rays from space with the greatest sensitivity of any instrument so far.
