“This is the real world, it is time to embark into a smart path. It is time for a new revolution, a clean energy revolution,” former governor of California, Arnold Schwarzenegger was a guest speaker at the French National Assembly, Saturday. On 5 December, the ADP transmitted the text titled “Draft agreement and draft decision on workstreams 1 and 2 of the Ad Hoc Working Group on the Durban Platform for Enhanced Action” to the Conference of the Parties at its twenty-first session for further consideration.  In short words, the participants tried to reach a solution regarding a credible target for cutting the global warming. The target most commonly talked about is 2 degrees Celsius but the French government said it would be satisfied with 1.5 degrees Celsius. The Climate Vulnerable Forum (CVF) has also backed this. Many nations are now finally taking the issue seriously.
