While breaking the windows, one of the employees injured himself (a small cut). There were no other reported injuries. The question on everybody’s mind is how was something like this even possible. How were the employees tricked in the first place to break all the store’s windows? According to police investigators, the caller explained to the victims of his prank that he was working for the Coon Rapids Fire Department and that “the restaurant was pressurized and could explode, so the employees needed to break the windows to relieve the pressure.”
The whole event was recorded by someone who happened to be near the store at the moment. The video was then uploaded to popular social media sites. It can be viewed on Youtube at the following link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RRJBs3pjF90. But what worries authorities even more is the fact that this is not the first time this happened. Back in January someone pulled a similar prank to this one to Burger King employees in Morro Bay.
