Nutritionists say pizza is better for breakfast than cereals because contains more protein than a bowl of cereal with milk. “You may be surprised to find out that an average slice of pizza and a bowl of cereal with whole milk contain nearly the same amount of calories,” dietician Chelsey Amer observed. But “pizza packs a much larger protein punch, which will keep you full and boost satiety throughout the morning.”
However, it depends of the choice. Some cereals contain large amounts of sugar and have next to no protein or healthy fats. If you’re choosing a wholegrain cereal which is high in fibers then that’s always a good choice.

If you have a pizza that is heavily laden with cheese and pepperoni than that’s not a good decision but if it has lots of vegetables then it could be a good option.
