However, it depends of the choice. Some cereals contain large amounts of sugar and have next to no protein or healthy fats. If you’re choosing a wholegrain cereal which is high in fibers then that’s always a good choice.

If you have a pizza that is heavily laden with cheese and pepperoni than that’s not a good decision but if it has lots of vegetables then it could be a good option. In all cases pizza is more nutritious…but it’s not a  nutritious option to have regularly. So, can you understand this ? Finally, it’s a “yes” or “no” ?  Don’t worry, you are on the right way whatever you eat in the morning. The only thing you must do is to alternate food you eat, at least at a few days. If asked, your kids will confirm they like this. Moderation is always the best solution for a healthy life. Well balanced breakfast is the key ?
