Even Google is revealing top ice cream spots. The National Ice Cream Day was designated by President Ronald Reagan in 1984 as the third Sunday in July. For curious people, another known fact: ice cream was invented in 500 B.C. when people of the Persian empire began pouring concentrate of grape juice over snow.
