Daily few coffee cups habit is good for health, researchers found


Even those who drink decaff  have the same benefits. Coffee has also been found to cut down the risk of Type 2 diabetes, decrease the risk of stroke, and even lowers the risk of suffering from cardiovascular and Parkinson’s disease. Not all the enumerated effects are explained but it’s supposed that it’s because coffee are packed full of nutrients and phytochemicals. 40,000 men were surveyed in the Health Professionals Follow-up Study and some 167,000 women between two different reports from the Nurses’ Health Studies were used to collect this data.
