Sauna bathing is a way to lower dementia and Alzheimer

Sauna bathing may protect both the heart and memory. Saunas are thought to improve circulation and reduce blood pressure. Dr Clare Walton, Research Manager at the Alzheimer’s Society said: “With dementia now the biggest killer across England and Wales, finding ways to reduce the risk of developing the condition is a top priority. Sauna is a small room or building designed as a place to experience dry or wet heat sessions. The Finnish sauna culture is well established; there is a built-in sauna in almost every house in Finland. Sauna bathing isn’t however a common hobby for men in the UK.
