Using smartphone in bed could affect the vision and the sleep

Two such cases were examined in London, where two women experienced “temporary blindness” for months. After the women have been complaining of bouts of temporary vision loss they underwent various medical investigations, including MRI scans and heart tests. The New England Journal of Medicine reported their cases but probably many similar others exist. Symptoms of temporary smartphone blindness are very similar to a more serious problem such as a stroke. This can cause a wrong diagnosis from doctors, the neurologist warns.

Even if the exact motivation for the trouble can be only estimated at this time, the fact is real and the recommendation is to break every 20 minutes when using smartphones especially at the night time  in dark rooms.
