Moderate daily consumption of coffee is better for maintaining a healthy brain


Moderate amounts – in other words one to two cups per day – appears to have greater benefit than drinking no or very little coffee daily.Researchers detected neuroprotective effects explained by coffee’s ability to activate adenosine A2A receptors, which are known to improve damage in the brains of people with Alzheimer’s disease. The research team evaluated 1,445 people participating in the Italian Longitudinal Study on Aging. However, people who increased their coffee consumption over time to more than a cup a day have many risks to have one day the brain affected. Even without the authority of a developed study with scientific control, the truth here is again that moderation in all in life is the best way to have a better and longer existence.
