The Tony Awards Administration Committee has twenty-four members. There are approximately 700 eligible Tony Award voters , from various areas of the entertainment industry and press. The Tony Award medallion was designed by art director Herman Rosse. The face of the medallion portrays an adaptation of the comedy and tragedy masks.
