Black Sabbath are considered pioneers of heavy metal and the band was one of the more influential bands of all time. In what concerns Tony Iommi, he has been credited as one of the first to use lighter gauge guitar strings. (The others actual members are Ozzy Osbourne, Terrance Butler, Bill Ward).
Black Sabbath had a prolific creative activity. Their most important previous albums were: Black Sabbath, Paranoid, Master of Reality, Sabotage, Never Say Die !, Born Again, Seventh Star, Dehumanize, Cross Purposes, Forbidden and more. “I’m certainly proud of what we did” said Iommi in an old interview remembering the first album “Black Sabbath.”
The Black Sabbath band will have soon (beginning in July 35) a 20 city North American concert including Houston, New York, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, Boston, Chicago, San Francisco, Seattle and Toronto. They want to be grateful to their fans in America and all around the World.
