American rapper Bryan Williams buys a massive Miami mansion

The property at 70 Palm Ave in Miami Beach looks ornate and would rather resemble a luxury hotel than a single family home.

Williams’ new 1765 square meters mansion has 17 baths, 9 bedrooms and resort-like amenities. The mansion was built in 2004 and has Ocean Access as well as its own private dock. The water view, its marble floors, the oversized lot as well as the mansion’s size and location make it really valuable.

Ex-owner Russell Weiner bought it for a smaller price of $6.75 million from music producer Scott Storch who was forced into foreclosure in 2009. The $7.75 million dollar difference did not stop “Birdman” Williams from buying what he wanted.

Forbes magazine estimated Bryan Williams’ fortune at $125 million this year. The rapper has enough money to buy anything he wants and he is known to do so. He even bought a Maybach Exelero car for $8 million in May.
