The first suspect is described as a “male, black, 20-25 years of age, blond dreadlocks, wearing a black hoodie, and armed with a semiautomatic handgun” and the second as “male, black, 20-25 years of age, wearing dark clothing.” Dog walker Ryan Fischer was shot in the chest four times.

Lady Gaga on Friday repeated her offer of a $500,000 reward for the return of her dogs with no questions asked. You’re forever a hero.” The dog walker will reportedly recover. The singer is currently in Rome to film a movie.
